Bought these as a birthday present for my 11 year old who had just passed his karate black belt. Very pleased when they arrived. The Sai are very well made and a first class product. He can't wait to learn his kata! Would recommend them. Also bought the carry case for them which was also excellent quality.
Ordered the massive 21.5 inch ones as very tall with long arms, they feel nicely balanced an the leather wraps are nice an comfortable. As with everything ive bought from blitzsport they are great value for money an super quick delivery.
An excellent product, from an excellent company.
I have used my sai for about 4 years, against bo, bokken and other sai during some quite hard training sessions. These are excellent value for money - very durable, good balance and finish. The only criticism I could possibly make is that the wrap tends to undo over time (a bit like a golf club wrap), so I have re-wrapped with thin shock cord like the Okinawan sai, but for most people performing kata, these will do the job for years and years. Highly recommended.
