Made of Polypropylene plastic, it is virtually unbreakable and a much more durable material compared to traditional wooden training aids. Practice training aid only. It's a little heavier in the hand than a wooden Jo, a couple of centimetres longer and half a centimetre thicker. The grippy texture is exceptional and the enhanced grip at either end is also excellent. So far, it certainly feels durable and is a joy to practise with. If any issues arise with further use, we'll either edit this review or add another, but if we don't then you can take it that we have continued to be very happy with it. - 师父 Nixon and 师公 Horrobin, 功夫之道
