I am very happy with these shin pads, they arrived quickly and without incident and appear to be very good quality. They stand up to heavy hits well, minimising the impact significantly meaning you don't injure yourself. I use them for heavy sparring and have not had a problem with them at all, the straps are secure and fully elastic and the pads are fairly comfortable.

Thought I'd try a different style of shin protection; they're quick and easy to put on, and seem durable enough, but I bought a Large size and find the velcro straps really tight. I'm tall, but my legs aren't that wide...! So, not bad, but I think the search goes on...

These are great products for general martial arts use, and kids who go to the occasional tournament and spar in class.

I have a pair of these from years ago, and they are still completely intact - they do not look used at all but have had plenty of use.

These are good and a good price, I'm a 30 something guy and i use these for full contact sparring with shoes on and these soak up the kicks nicely and present a nice big thick target on the shin to aim for.

I placed an order for these, amongst other items and they arrived promptly, even though there was a slight mix up over stock availability. They are high quality and dead cool for my 11 year old. The only thing I would say is that I would probably have chosen small size, rather than medium, had I realised they come up quite big (even though I chose according to his uniform size). Never mind, he'll gro into them.
