Room for a 14oz do gi, shoes, water bottle, sports towel, spare clothes and other bits and pieces like zinc oxide tape.
Would have been 5 stars but the internal pocket came adrift fairly early on and small stuff tends to slip underneath the lining, (to be fair, that might be because I carry heavy karate manuals in it too). The zips are strong, no problem there. I'd buy it again as it looks good and is good value.
