Your essential piece of dojo or gym equipment! A combination of 4 adjustable flexible paddles, that will test your speed and co-ordination to the max! Its central pole can easily be adjusted to ensure most heights are catered for as all paddles can be maneuvered. Each paddle is covered and can also be adjusted in different directions. Each paddle is numbered from 1 to 7. The base can be filled with water or sand (not both mixed together) which ensures stability of the product. Comes complete with wrench, allen key and with instructions.

Good Design, Quite easy and flexible in terms of angles of pads... Down side it upright is a little unstraight and pads can come off if the ends are not tied right

I ordered this from the UK and it works a treat for my Taekwondo training at home. Filled the base with sand, tightened up the pads and away i go. My bro is into his capoeira and he loves working on this too.
