Moulded to fit securely to the knuckles with an elastic Velcro wrap strap around the wrist. Lightweight and compact, the special dipped foam material absorbs blows, knocks and impact. Highly recommended. By James Chapman on 22nd February 2012 I use these gloves for sparring. They are very light yet well padded making them perfect for semi contact sparring where you don't want to do any serious damage to your opponent or yourself. I would definitely recommend them.
