Minimise the risk of injury and train in confidence with the incredibly lightweight Blitz Double Padded Dipped Foam Foot Guards. Ideal for Karate, Taekwondo and other Martial Arts training, the shock absorbing foam foot guards offer great protection during kicking techniques. Made from a soft EVA foam dipped in PVC resin, and vacuum moulded to finish, the foot guards offer double protection on the front and top of foot, with cut-outs around the achilles and instep for ease of movement. The tongue and heel of the guards feature ventilation holes for air flow and to prevent moisture build-up, keeping the wearer cool. The elasticated Velcro wrap-around strap provides a secure and comfortable fit. The bottom of the foot guard also includes two reinforced elasticated straps to hold the foot in place and, open areas at the heel, ball of the foot and toes for a solid grip on flooring. Easy to wipe clean before and after use.

Top customer reviewsBy Neil H on 27th October 2017 Good By Michelle Hegarty on 17th December 2016 Great fit By emma on 8th October 2013 I bought these guards for extra protection as I tend to be injury prone and in fairness they are fairly good, the padding is extremely thick and protects the top of the foot very well, the only part that I didn't like was the elastic to go around the big toe as I feel that it could cause more damage than good if the guard gets pulled or caught. having said that there is still the main elastic across the bottom of the foot and I removed the toe elastic and just added another strip across the width for extra support, overall a good buy By James Chapman on 22nd February 2012 I use these foot pads for sparring. They are very light yet well padded making them perfect for semi contact sparring where you don't want to do any serious damage to your opponent or yourself. I would definitely recommend them. However if you are a size 9 you will need a large and not a medium like the size chart suggests. By Rose on 1st September 2011 I purchased 2prs ,one for each of my children, and they both say they are good quality,with better protection than others worn and they like the fact there are 2 thick straps underneath instead of a thin piece of elastic which used to dig into their feet.Really good buy :-) By Ashleigh on 24th June 2011 Exactly what I was looking for, for my 5yr old. Cheaper than anywhere else I looked and such good quality, they look like they will last a while. The pink is a lovely colour and only place I could find all to match. Really good product :)
