Blitz Adult Ninja Suit

Bought for Halloween but wanted the real thing instead of a fancy dress imitation. Went for size 6/190cm as I'm 186cm/100kg with a semi-muscular body, thick thighs, not-so-low body fat percentage and an XL head. Sleeve and pant length was perfect and while the look is baggy (which I'm sure is intended as tightness of clothing restricts movement) you can use the ties to adjust parts of the suit. In contrast to some of the reviews, the balaclava was not that tight (even on my big head). However, the hood, looks surprisingly pointy (like the hood of a medieval executioner). I found the materials used were mostly of high quality although obviously the gloves, the belt and the balaclava are of inferior (but still acceptable) quality. At this price point, this suit is simply a must-have. One final note... I would advise people who are thin or whose height is closer to the smaller size to pick the smaller size. For example, I might have been able to pull off the 180cm size for a less baggy look but I'm sure in terms of comfort the 190cm size was the right choice.

Was so happy when I opened the box! Ninja suits are always cool but this one is special, it just screams quality as when I tried it on it was like being wrapped in a blanket, only bought this for a 1 time Halloween party but after trying it on I have decided that this suit will see more wear than my actual close. Extremely friendly and helpful customer service as well. A MUST buy!

I would recommend this item as a good quality fancy dress costume. Nothing more. It isn't the real thing (wherever you find those)! I bought two in different sizes for my kids who practice karate and are fussy about what they wear. They liked these.Suits are 100 per cent thick cotton, so are safer than some of the highly flammable polyester tat you find elsewhere. They are basically a standard blitz gi (karate suit) with afew extras and all in black.Found the suits needed washing because they had a rather chemically smell when unpacked. This softened them a bit, too, and they didn't lose their shape or colour. As with all cotton suits, hell to iron!The satin tie belt was fine. The mask was some sort of cotton mix, stretchy but far too small and uncomfortable; I replaced these with cheap soft satin scarves that the kids can just tie around their faces to complete their rather scary look. Also the mitts were too wide and too short; I replaced those with black magic gloves from a pound shop. After all that you might wonder why I was happy with the product - well I think you are paying for the suit, not the extra stuff, and the suit was fine.Order one size bigger than the one recommended for your height.Overall, these are are good but nothing spectacular, still far superior to and safer than aforementioned polyester alternatives.Tip: do not waste your money on traditional tabi shoes to go with these costumes. My kids at least were just as happy with black plimsols. I thought about buying Split toe style wetsuit shoes which at least would have another use on beach etc. when not worn with the ninja costumes.

Fantastic , when I brought it I was very worried about the size then I adjusted it using all the strings and it got to a t. Very breathable and very versatile overall great and would totally recommend

The jacket is nice and heavy quality cotton and feels like it'll be easy to move in. I was less impressed with the trousers but that's mainly because they are cut for a man not a woman (too narrow across the hips) and I can't go bigger or they'll be too long. I may have to figure something out there. The accessories look the business and I didn't have the problem some people seem top of the gauntlet loops being too tight, though the gloves could use some elastic or something. It'll need some after market mods but from the waist up it's great :-)

Overall good comfortable costume.I am tall and slim so was a bit large on me but when belted and tied this is barely noticeable.I found the belt to be shinier than I expected - the hood also was not a great shape, very pointy at the top of the head.

Great outfit. I got this for a halloween party, knowing it would come in use for my usual martial arts training anyways. I wear the trousers for kickboxing often, very comfy gi:)

I used this uniform as the base layer for a costume, but it is extremely good quality, light, comfortable and easy to move around in, so would be perfect for practitioners as well. It fits perfectly, with the elasticated finger loops nice and tight to avoid slipping.

I bought this outfit for a fancy dress party. I had previously bought a \"Ninja\" costume from a fancy dress shop and was not very pleased with it at all. I thought, \"I wonder how much a real outfit would cost\" and did a quick google. Found this site and was amazed at the price, actually CHEAPER than the crappy fake fancy dress outfit. Went down to the Blitz Shop and tried one on and this outfit is just quality. Everything fit perfectly (although the mitts are on the small side) and quite frankly it looks the nuts! It went down an absolute storm at the party and everyone was very impressed. Definitely has the WOW factor and no-one knew who I until I unmasked myself :)

Very nice, well fitting and strong. Great material. A little loose at the top but not really an issue. Hood fits fine as does the mask/balaclava. The top is really nice great for training in or just wearing as outfit/costume. The seperate sleeves are well elastic fitted, the elastic finger loop is a bit tight, but with a little effort can be stretched enough to make it fit comfortably. Trousers fit well, lots of securing possible (2 velcro fasteners and 2 tie fasteners). The belt is as you'd expect, satin belt nice and long. Only real downside, the gloves... Waaaay too big, no way to secure them, yet to find anybody they fit on. Overall. Great ninja suit. Highly recommended.

Christmas present for my son who has been in it ever since!He said it is strong and fun to wear and play in but you can't breath with the head gear on :-)This suit is really good quality and I can see it lasting a long time. There is a great pocket on the front which is brilliant for hiding throwing stars and snap bags in.

I practice ninjutsu, so i didn't buy this to be a costume, but just for training purposes. I didn't expect much of this suit, but was pleasantly surprised by this. It is really comfortable to wear, the material breaths well in training and most importantly, fit of the suit allows you to move naturally. If something negative must be said, some accessories are not authentic design, but then again, hoods etc. are just secondary items if you bought this for training purposes. The suit can be compared to a basic light karate suit, but it has few characters to make a huge difference, like the calf ties for example are a nice finishing touch and very practical for ninjutsu training. All and all, it is a recommendable product for ninjutsu practitioners and why not for just ninja fans. Indeed good value for money.

Ordered this the tabi boots and socks for a Halloween party and I am over the moon with the products, looks amazing on. I've sent pictures to my friends wearing the outfit and everybody has said how amazing it looks so happy I ordered this only problem is the gloves are abit small but to be honest that doesn't really matter as I will need my hands to hold beer ;) I litrally feel like shredder out of the teenage mutant ninja turtles hahahahaa amazing value the whole outfit with the boots and socks came to just under £80 with delivery. BEST £80 I have ever spent. I would recommend this to everyone.

I personally think it's a great find and a buy if you're interested in the style. I found it fitted my build rather well and has adjustable sizing if you're a little under the average build or over of course. It's a little complicated to figure out where it all goes at first but after a minute or so when you get it all out of the wrapping it's straightforward. Definitely recommend!

I bought this suit for my 12yr old son who is a big ninja fan! He absolutely loves it and has worn it to Martial Arts classes as well as a fancy dress party! He is a tall boy for his age so is great that the suit is adjustable and fits him perfectly, except the gloves are a bit small. Good value for money and thank you to the customer service team at Blitzsport who very quickly sent me a replacement jacket as the first one was faulty. My son thanks you!

It fits me very well, good high quality! It is very dark-black, as it should be. My only wish is that it had more secret pockets, but this is something I will make myself in time. I like that you can adjust and customize the suit to fit perfectly. Oh and I wish that the hood was a little more round, you know? Maybe this will be better in time as I wear and use it. As of now it has this pointy dot atop of it. Also 5 stars to the customer service at blitz sport, sorry again for my frustration, lol.

Very pleased with the product. I had to buy the largest size since they were sold out of size 6, but it still fit me fine. The material is a bit stiff and heavy, but hardly noticeable. The gloves that come with it are too small, and the finger holes for the forearm gloves are a little tight. Very good product overall.

Great quality product, every piece perfect apart from finger loops in sleeves, which need to be bigger. Instructions on how to put the outfit on would also be helpful as it took me a while to figure out. Delivery was very fast.

Brought this a a halloween costume and also because ive always wanted a ninja suit but never seen a good one that come with all its must haves until i saw this one. Well what can i say, this was a star buy for me and it arrived within 2 days of ordering. The gi is great fit and the obi has a lovely silk finish. I got a little confused with the hood but i figured that out the 2nd time round the mask was a tight fit but i guess that how its meant to be as ninjas dont wear loose stuff and the gloves just slip on. Would have liked some elastic on them but overall it was great buy. Definitely gonna get some outdoor tabi boots for it. Thanks Blitz, awesome item.

Really good product, very strong and sturdy material for it's price. Gloves are far too small how ever and the forearm finger holes are far to small and tight. But a part from that, worth every penny.

Strong sturdy material, a bit stiff to start with but several washes later somewhat softer, no colour loss. My teen son is tall but thin so had to tighten it a bit but will clearly fit heavier men. Trousers and top can be worn as home casual wear too. Balaklava type hood much too tight. Overall a good product, comfortable to wear. Just don't get too close to a white rabbit - my son did.
