I have tried a fair share of ankle guards and these are by far the best pair for me. I do have weak ankles (but after regularly jumping the rope they have become stronger), and i wore these throughout my sessions and workouts and they were brilliant. They fit perfectly, snug but not tight enough to cut off my blood circulation. Wish i bought these first. Definitely recommnend it for beginners.

I am really pleased with this purchase. These ankle supports offer excellant support and are really well made as with everything I have purchased from Blitz. I agree with Mac G 10, wish I'd bought them ages ago.
