Good looking belt the belts core could be thicker as it is only a few millimetres thick don't know how it will stand up to Judo training with the core being thin.

A beautiful looking black belt with neat stitch lines and a deep black colour, very worth it. However I wish the belts core could be thicker as it is only a few millimeters thick and when the outer layer breaks down it will be very weak but overall a very nice obi. I look forward to wear it when I grade to shodan.

A very durable, thick and hard wearing belt for Judo. Does the job and my black belt for training and coaching. Only slight demote from 5 to 4 star is that I'm quite slim and this is a tight fit belt with very little slack - might be best getting a size up for the best fit.

This belt is a gorgeous piece. I purchased it as my old belt wasn't fitting too well on me as I grew up and I really recommend it. My only advice is maybe purchase a longer belt as this belt is quite thick so the extra length could be an asset for tying.

Fantastic belt. Comes up slightly shorter than other belts due to its width and rigidity. Either way, it looks incredible. Well worth the price.

An amazingly thick, well crafted belt.It looks and feels the part. Definatly a noticble, thick, heavy duty belt that being silk will fray with time :) Ordered this for a Black-Belt in our club and it stands alone among many other more expensive black-belts....he loved it. The extra thickness adds 2 making it look longer aswell. it's lovely, and Blitz did a really good job of pushing this to make it arrive on time-and it did! Couldn't ask for more. When I get there, I'll be getting one.

Excellent belt, unsure why the previous reviewer said it wasn't quite 2" as mine was exactly this. Stitching is really nice and the belt looks great.

Good quality, nice embroidery, but not quite 2" wide which is noticable when worn.
