Perfect for indoor and outdoor training, the Blitz Superlight Sports Shoes provides an additional, thin, protective layer to your foot. Much like a sock, and even lighter than our Superflex Sports Shoes, the stretchy material moulds to the shape of your foot perfectly, giving you the freedom of movement to perform any Martial Arts technique. Ideal for any activity, this shoe is incredibly flexible and can bend, roll and fold, whilst retaining its shape after use, providing a barefoot experience.
The thin non-slip rubber sole sections offer the ultimate grip and stability (without marking), even when worn on the mat. The rubber sole has excellent wear resistance and is also soft enough to prevent your toes from rubbing. The breathable, honeycomb material keeps your feet cool and comfortable whilst also protecting your feet from scratches.

They give enough grip to prevent slipping and enough flexibility to do kicks, espcially spinning kicks.
