Use a black pair of these wraps for bag work occasionally. They have lasted a few years now with no real wear other than the fabric being slightly faded, the Velcro fasteners have held up well and there is no fraying.Four stars given as the only downside is the fabric is quite thin and can cut it when between your fingers. Otherwise for the money a good bit of training kit.

Bought these to help support my wrists better in boxing class and they seemed to have done quite well. They're easy to wash - stick mine in the washing machine on a 30 degree cycle and tumble dried these after. They haven't shrunk. I ordered mine in Black, and the colour hasn't faded yet, and I've washed these about 4-5 times already.

This is perfect for my kickboxing, I was having wrist issues which resulted in me consulting my kickboxing coach who is a world champion and he told me I should get hand wraps and this has solved my issues from using punching bags to punching people. No pain or aches after.

good length middle length for me as i have small hands. they have a tiny bit of stretch in the material and protect my hands well (use them for kickboxing). The only downside is that they leak A LOT of colour. make sure you hand wash or wash separately from your clothes.

These are my first hand wraps so I'm no expert, but they are really comfortable and stretchy and definitely provide support and cushioning. I've been using them for at least 2 months, twice a week and they're still good as new. Also I found the length was just right for my hands and am using the original package as a case for the wraps which has handy diagrams reminding you how to put them on properly.

Great wraps! Love this brand. They have a nice stretch to them and are comfortable to wear and the colours are cool. Some of my older pairs are starting to lose a bit of elasticity and are coming apart near the velcro so I guess they should be replaced, maybe they didn't quite hit 6 months but I do use them A LOT. I would recommend getting 180" if you want to properly wrap your fingers and thumbs and I have tiny lady hands but I wouldn't go for the shorter versions. I don't wash them as such, I just stick them in the shower with me, easy peasy.

I love these. So inexpensive, yet they hold like a dream, and provide enough support if you wrap them correctly. Easy to wash in a laundry bag and hang-dry. Despite having small, lady hands, I prefer the longer version because I can add more padding to my knuckles.

Soft, strong and very long. These are stretchy "Mexican-style" wraps. Much like bandages, and much better than the non-stretchy type. Get the white ones to avoid laundry issues.

Really nice wraps, they are a good length and slightly stretchy which allows for a good control over the level of support. The fabric is also thin, soft and doesnt scratch or irritate the skin.

I have used these wraps for six one hour sessions and they are holding up fine so far. I have yet to wash them. Due to previous reviewers' comments that the colours tend to run in the wash I ordered the white wraps to avoid this issue. But I always wash my clothes at below 30C so I doubt I would have had the problem anyway. If you are an adult get the 180 inch. At this size my hands leave 15 inches, extra is fine. Just wrap your wrists again for extra compression support.

Super comfortable wraps perfect length at 180 don't get shorter. The thumb/finger hook is secure and so is the Velcro strap. Nice and elasticated also! Can't comment on the colours running just yet

Great hand wraps that do exactly what I want them to! The material is good quality, light and stretchy, and doesn't cause any itchyness (not for me anyway but i don't have particularly sensitive skin or anything). Most importantly they do the job I bought them for and provide very good support for the wrist and extra protection for the knuckles.I bought the white ones - partially because I'm a bit old fashioned, and partially because i did read the other reviews who said the colour runs a lot on the others, and I'm not one for seperating my washing too much if I can avoid it! White obviously gets dirty kinda quickly, but with washing them not being an issue it's all good (plus, I dunno, I'm not really bothered if they don't look sparkly white - I wear them under my gloves when I'm punching people, so it doesn't really matter what they look like as long as they do the job!)

I have these in black and have experienced a small amount of fading but nothing major. They are just about the perfect size for my hands (normally a M/L glove).I use the wrapping in-between fingers method but have little support on my thumb.

These hand wraps are my favourites. A great, great, product. They are comfy and give a great feel when wrapped. They support you fully and have an excellant velcro locking strip. I use these all the time and would highly recommend them to anyone. Great product.

the wraps are very stretchy which makes it easier to put them on and they don't cut into your hands. However, if you do want to iron them you can't. I tried once and the iron started burning through them

My hand wraps arrived a day before estimation and when i opened the pack i was extremely pleased with my purchase, i have been practicing putting them on and taking them off and so far i'm getting the hang of it.I would definitely recommend this product to any fighter that does MMA, Boxing and Mauy Thai.

Great little product. I was unsure whether the 180 or the 120 would be better, but i made the right choice. The extra length is needed, and i can't see how the 120's would be useful. I only use them on a bag, but much nicer than gloves, and enough length to give good padding and wrist support. Turned up within a few days, which is also a nice surprise.
