I have used these pads with my class for a while now. They have stood up well to a load of punishment. They are good for kicks and backfists. If you have two you can move about and provide multiple targets to hit.

This is a very good for training (especially kicks) but i have also used it for punching/elbows/knees as well and i have found it very useful for training at home or the Dojo.
