This bag is great: made of a canvas material reminiscent of a heavy karate gi, and solidly printed kanji, this bag is solidly stitched together, closing with one single cotton draw-string that goes through wide golden eyelets, making it a quick and smooth closing.The belt is the only place it has the Blitz logo on, and goes through canvas loops. The belt is half the size of an adult belt and serves to reinforce the closure of the bag so it doesn't reopen. It is not stitched to the bag and can be removed completely.I've used it for my shoes and a tupperware with food for work, and it works well as a grab-and-go-bag. However, I found my gi, towel, notepad, training knife, trainers, t-shirt and flip-flops fit quite well, and I use my own belt to close up (in place of the black belt). Since it's the size of a standard backpack, it's become a sort-of multi purpose bag.Machine wash cold, belt wash separately.Also, they have other martial arts bags (BJJ, Karate, Kung Fu, TKD) so have a look before you buy.

Very handy bit of kit when traveling to seminars overseas ,especially were there is a baggage allowance . Will fit a gi trainers and a towel ,down side it could be a bit bigger but worth the money.
