Pricing
All prices include VAT where applicable. We endeavour to present the most recent, most accurate, and most reliable information on our website at all times. However, there may be occasions when some of the information featured may contain incomplete data, typographical errors, or inaccuracies. Any errors are wholly unintentional and we apologise if erroneous information is reflected in the product price.
If a pricing error has been made, we reserve the right to suspend your order and contact you to ask whether you wish continue with the order at the correct price. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price.
We present our content 'as is' and make no claims to its accuracy, either expressed or implied. We reserve the right to amend errors or to update product prices at any time without prior notice.
Product availability
We try to keep all products in stock to the best of our ability, however, due to unforeseen circumstances we sometimes sell out of certain products. If a product has sold out, it will be indicated on the product page. It will also be indicated on the shopping cart and checkout page if you add the item to your cart.
If you place an order for a sold out item, it is placed on backorder until such time that the product becomes available, at which point the item will dispatched as soon as possible.
Any backorders will not incur extra shipping costs to the customer.
Placing Your Order
When you place an order on www.blitzsport.com, you enter into a transaction with Blitz Corporation Ltd, a company registered in England, Company Registration No. 2776816.
Your order on this website constitutes an offer to us to purchase the goods in your basket, and we will do our utmost to fulfil this order to the service levels you have every right to expect. To meet our service commitment to you, we will store your order and necessary personal details, obtain authorisation from your bank for the payment, and make certain security checks on your identity and address.
Email confirmation
When you place an order to purchase a product from Blitz Sport, we will send you an email confirming we have received the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product, which is accepted by us when we dispatch that product to you and is confirmed by an email we send to you confirming that we have dispatched it (the ‘Dispatch Confirmation Email’).
Any products on the same order that we have not confirmed in the ‘Dispatch Confirmation Email’ to have been dispatched do not form part of that contract. Placing the order does not constitute a contract with Blitz Sport until we confirm it is dispatched. Items that have not been confirmed are placed on backorder and are dispatched at a later date.
We reserve the right not to accept your order for any reason whatsoever including but not limited to payment problems and not meeting our eligibility criteria set out above.
Payment problems
If, for any reason, there is a problem with collecting payment from your credit / debit card after we have confirmed receipt of your order, we will not be obliged to dispatch your order. Additionally, on some occasions, we may be unable to process an order. The reasons for this may be due to:
- Your payment being declined
- An unspecified technical error
If you are sure you are using a valid card, please try again with the same credit / debit card or please place another order on our website, using a different credit / debit card.
Security checks
As part of our policy to protect against the fraudulent use of credit cards, we conduct security checks on all our orders. These can take various forms and may involve contacting you by telephone before we process your order.
Using Search
The search feature is available on every page of our website. Type the word or phrase you want to search for and click the 'Search' button.
Our search engine will check your search term against all of the products currently on the Blitz Sport website. You will then see a page (or several pages) displaying the resulting products that most closely match your query.
It is always advisable to make your search as specific as possible. A search on the term 'suit' will return several pages of results and you may have to scroll through them all to find the item you're seeking. However, by typing in 'cotton karate suit', you can refine your search, producing results that more closely match your criteria.
If you have seen a product in our colour catalogue or pricelist, you can also search on the product code that is shown.
