Has my order been sent?
As soon as we have sent your order we automatically send you an email to let you know, alternatively you can view the status of your order by logging in to your account. If you do not receive your order within the expected delivery time you should click here to contact our customer service team who can track down your order. Please have your order number to hand; this will help us deal with your query as efficiently as possible.
Can I track my order?
If you have requested that your order be sent using our courier service then it will be assigned a consignment tracking number. This tracking number can be found by logging in to your account and looking at the relevant order details. Using this tracking number it is possible to see the status of your order's delivery schedule.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We are able to make changes or cancel an order within 1 hour of the order being placed. Once you have placed your order it is passed directly to our warehouse for picking and fulfilment. After this 1 hour period an order is normally packed, ready to be dispatched. At this point it is not possible to retrieve the order to be changed or cancelled. If you wish to cancel your order after this 1 hour period, please view our returns policy.
Part of my order is missing
If an item was out of stock at the time of your order it would have been backordered. This would be shown on your account and also on the delivery note. Backordered items are sent at a later date when they arrive back in to stock.
If an item has been marked as shipped either on your delivery note or on your account and the item is not in your delivery please click here and contact our customer service team who will investigate further. Please have your order number to hand; this will help us deal with your query as efficiently as possible.
