A lightweight escrima stick made with a rigid PVC inner core and flexible foam padding. Black: 67cm long. 2cm diameter. Black / Blue and Black / Yellow: 62cm long. 2cm diameter. By "Big Hairy" Dave Thorn on 5th December 2013 I use these with the Children's Classes, and the Junior & Senior classes, to teach awareness of weapons, and the surprising \"safety distance\", and strategies, you need when encountering armed assailants. They are a big success. We also use them for Tai Sabaki (Body Movement) practice.... And for just whopping each other!!! By SazzleD on 29th August 2011 Great value for money, delivered quickly.
