Shopping couldn't be easier
All our products are easy to find and come with detailed descriptions and images. If you wish to browse by your martial art style use the Disciplines section which allows you to see all our products relevant to that style. You can also use the Products section which has every product Blitz has to offer separated into product categories. We also have a Brands section if you want to keep your clothing and equipment looking the same.
Blitz likes to offer our customers great products and cheap prices, so from time to time we reduce the prices of some of products for a limited time. These products can be found in the Special Offers section, but hurry as these prices are for a limited time only.
We also like to keep you up to date with our latest product range. The New Products section is updated regularly so keep an eye on it.

Once you have found the product you would like, click 'Add to basket'. Do i have to register?
If you would like to place an order with us we require that you register your details. Registering not only allows you to place an order, it gives you these extra features:

Have you passed on the reduction in VAT to customers?
Yes we have! From Monday December 1st 2008 we have reduced all of our prices in line with the reduction in VAT rates from 17.5% to 15%. These changes have been applied automatically to the price of thee product and have also been applied to our delivery charges.

Do you have a size chart?
We sure do, we want to make sure that you get the right fit, the first time around. There's nothing worse than buying something new only to have to return it because it doesn't fit. Can you provide more information about a product?
The descriptions we provide online for our products contains as much information as we currently have. If for some reason there is some information missing about a product that you would like to know more about then you contact our sales team who will try to help you as best as they can. A product is showing as Out Of Stock. Will you be selling it again?
Of course we will, unfortunately from time to time we have an increased demand for our products and sell out of some items. We know it can be frustrating to find a product you want only to find out its out of stock. If a product does sell out we try to receive new stock as soon as possible so not to disappoint you. If an item is out of stock, you can still order the item and backorder it with us. This means as soon as new stock arrives we instantly dispatch the goods to you. We do not charge extra postage for backordered items, so if one out of two items you ordered is out of stock, we will send you the in stock item right away and send the backordered item as soon as we receive it without no extra costs to you.

I have seen something advertised but i cannot find it on your site
We try to keep our web site as organized as we can to help you out, but if there is an item you know we sell but you cant find it you can use the search box at the top of the page to look for it. If after using the search facility you still can't find the product you are after you can contact our sales team and ask them to find it for you. We will also then try to place the product in a better location to make it easier for you to find it in the future. How do i pay for an order?
We like to offer you as many options as possible to pay for our order, so below is a list of payment options we offer.

We take security very seriously at Blitz and have implemented some security measures for customers paying by debit or credit card. When entering your card details you must make sure that you enter the CSC / CV2 number correctly and that the billing address you entered matches the one registered against your card. If either of these details are incorrect that you card may not authorize and you will not be able to place your order.

What currencies can i use?
At the moment you are only able to pay for your order in GBP (£).

When will i be charged?
When you place an order we authorize the total just to make sure that you have enough money to pay for the order. This authorization will remain on your account for up to 5 days after placing the original order. When we dispatch the goods we actually charge you for them at which point the money will be taken from your account. If an item is backordered we will not charge for it until such time that we dispatch it. This way you only pay goods that we have sent you. Some card issuers will not cancel the original authorization even after the card has been charged. Authorizations will always expire on their on (Up to 5 days), and Blitz has no control over this service.

We issue discount codes on a regular basis either through email newsletters or in various magazines. Be sure to register through our web site to take advantage of these discount codes. How do i use my discount code?
Using your discount code is simple. After you have filled up your shopping basket, proceed to the checkout and fill out all the necessary details. On the last page you will have the chance to enter in the discount code and apply it. Once applied your order will reflect the discount and you can finish the order. Can i return items that were bought using a gift voucher?
Yes you can, your rights to return items does not change regardless of the original payment method for your order. If you are returning your order for a refund we will refund the amount paid for on your original payment method such as a credit or debit card and reissue you with a gift voucher for the outstanding amount. We can not issue any refunds for the value of gift vouchers used on your orders.

Absolutely! Simply add the gift vouchers and other items to your shopping basket, go to the checkout and finish your order. Its that simple.

How do i use my gift voucher?
Using your gift vouchers couldn't be easier. After your done shopping, go to the checkout and enter your delivery details, shipping method and payment details. On the final checkout page above the items that you have in your basket you have the chance to enter your gift voucher code before you submit the order. Enter your gift voucher code into this box and click on apply. Your gift voucher should now apply to your order and the order total should have been reduced by the gift voucher amount. If there is an outstanding amount this can be paid for normally by using another payment method such as a credit or debit card. If the voucher was for more than the order total then the remaining amount will be available for your next order.
You also have the option to use your gift voucher by either calling us on 0208 317 8280 to place your order or alternatively you can send the gift voucher with your order by post to Blitz Sport, Unit 10 The I/O Centre, Duke Of Wellington Avenue, Royal Arsenal, London SE18 6SR.

What do i do if my gift voucher is lost, illegible or damaged?
Unfortunately if you have lost, damaged or your gift voucher has become illegible we are unable to send a replacement and we are not liable to offer any alternative. Please look after your gift vouchers as if they were real money.

What should i do if i can't remember the email address of the person i'm sending the gift voucher to?
If you can't remember their email address simply enter your own. We will then send the gift voucher details to your inbox so you can either send it on to the person at a later date or print the details out and give it to them.

What are your terms and conditions of using gift vouchers?
1. Gift vouchers are issued by Blitz Sport and can be exchanged for goods or services only through Blitz Sport.
2. Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged, redeemed for cash or refunded.
3. Gift vouchers can provide full or part payment for goods or services through Blitz Sport. Change will not be given.
4. Blitz will not accept any responsibility if a gift voucher is invalidated by you or by the holder, be it stolen, destroyed or damaged whether it had been redeemed or not. Blitz does not accept liability for consequential, indirect or other loss and in any case liability shall be limited to the face value of the gift voucher or vouchers.
5. Only the gift voucher/vouchers featuring the specific Blitz logos, serial numbers and date of issue will be accepted.
6. Blitz reserves the right to refuse to redeem any gift voucher that they consider, in their reasonable opinion, not to be genuine or where they consider the voucher to be invalidated.
7. Blitz reserve the right to change the vouchers terms and conditions from time to time where it reasonably considers it necessary to do so.
8. Gift vouchers can be used for trade and retail purposes.

Can i track my order?
The majority of orders we send have a courier consignment number which can be tracked. This tracking number can be found by logging in to your account and looking at the order details. Can i cancel my order?
Yes you can but only if you contact our customer service team within 1 hour of placing the order. We like to get your order sent as soon as possible which means when you place the order its normally packed and sent straight away. If the order is sent before you contact us then we are unable to cancel the order.

Part of my order is missing
If an item was out of stock at the time of your order we would not have been able to send it, but this would be noted on your sales receipt in the parcel. Items not dispatched would show a positive figure in the backordered column.

Which courier companies do you use?
We use several courier companies depending on the type of delivery service you have requested and the area that your order is being delivered to. We currently used Business Post (UKMail) as our main courier but will also use Royal Mail and Parcelforce.

What countries do you deliver to?
We offer the option to deliver to any country in the world, however there may be times when the size of your order and unforeseen circumstances mean we cannot deliver to you. We will however let you know if this is the case and try to find another option.

Do i have to pay customs and import charges?
Customs and import charges are paid for once the order reaches its destination country. The recipient is responsible for paying these charges and may be unavoidable.
As we have no control over these charges we are not responsible for paying them and unfortunately would not be able to tell you how much it may be. If you need to find out these costs you should contact your local customs office who should be able help you.

Do you deliver to BFPO addresses?
Yes we can, we have no problem sending orders to BFPO addresses but we cannot guarantee that we can dispatch your order VAT free.
Within the EU: Please order as normal using either the online store or telephone. If your BFPO address is eligible for VAT exempt sales you must first fax us a copy of the VAT exemption form signed by your CO or a scanned email to enquiries@blitzsport.com. We will then despatch the goods once we have received the form.
Outside the EU: If your BFPO address is outside the EU you will not be charged VAT. However, if it is not obvious that the destination is outside the EU then we will need a copy of a VAT exemption form signed by your CO. We will not ship orders until we have received this form.
The following BFPO addresses are subject to VAT BFPO 6, 8, 15, 49, 105 to 150, 801 to 825 and all BFPO ships. All remaining BFPO addresses are exempt tax under article 77/388/EEC. To meet the regulations imposed on us by the Inland Revenue you will need to post a copy of the exemption form to the address listed below. Customs & Excise in Rheindahlen have advised that this form can be obtained from most Messes or can found in SOBAG 5205 Annex C. As soon as we receive this form we will credit the Tax back to the account initially charged.

How do i return an item?
If you are not happy for some reason with your purchase, you can return the items hassle free by following the steps below.
Our return guidelines only apply to items purchased directly from Blitz. If you have purchased your goods from a shop or another distributor you must contact them as we do not deal with Third Parties.
Please login to your account and click on the "My Account" link, then once you are in your account click on the "See Orders" link. Select the order which relates to the item you are returning. On the order screen, click "Request Return". You must now provide a reason for returning the goods, then in the items section, remove any goods that you are NOT returning. Any items left in the list are items that you would like to return. Once you are happy with your selections click "Submit" and your request to return the item(s) will then be approved by a Blitz customer services member who will respond to you within 2 working hours. Once approved, we will send you your RMA number, the returns address and a returns packing slip to be sent with the goods.
* Please Note : Any items added to the items list that do not correspond to the order number may slow down the return approval process and may result in your request being declined.
The retail customer will be entitled to a cooling off period of 7 working days after having received the goods or at any time prior to receiving goods, the cancellation should be notified in writing (includes fax or email). Cancellation does not apply to DVD's CD's audio or video tapes which the customer has unsealed. The cost of returning the product unless faulty, defective or not fit for its purpose will be at the customer's expense.
When returning an item, please can you ensure it is returned in the original packaging. If the item is fragile or could be damaged, please can you also ensure it is packaged appropriately.

Have you received my return?
Depending on the shipping method that you have used to return the goods to us we normally receive your returns within a few days of you sending it. If you sent the goods by tracked delivery you will be able to see if we have signed for them or not. Once we have received them back we will contact you to let you know and deal with the return for you.

When will i receive my replacement?
If you have returned an item to us and asked for a replacement we will send the replacement to you as soon as we receive the returned item back. We have a 24 hour turn around for all returns so you can rest assured we treat our returns with the same respect as we do our orders.

I can't sign in to my account
Part of shopping on our web site requires you to login to your account to finish your order. If for some reason you are unable to login to your account you can request that your password is emailed to you using the Forgotten Password page.
If your password does not work, or you can not remember the email address associated with your account you can contact our customer service team who can check your email address and reset your password. For security reasons we can not see your password and would not be able to tell you it.

I am not receiving any emails or newsletters from you
There are only a few reasons why you may not be receiving emails from us. By not receiving our emails you could be missing out on new deals and discounts which all our other customers receive.
The first reason may be that you have unsubscribed to our emails which would stop any emails including dispatch notices from being sent to you. You can resubscribe by logging in to your account and then changing your subscription preferences.
The second reason maybe that your email client is treating our email as junk mail. You can check this by opening your email client and looking in the junk mail folder. You can stop this from happening by adding 'sales@blitzsport.com' to your email clients 'address book' and 'safe list'. This should allow future emails to be received.

I'm having problems with the shopping basket
In order for our shopping basket system to work you must have cookies enabled on your web browser. Cookies work by storing information regarding our shopping basket on your computer and without them the shopping basket will not work correctly. By placing regular orders with us, we offer you loyalty points which over time can be converted in to gift vouchers. That's right, we are actually giving you money to spend on our products simply by ordering from us. Each product on our web site shows how many points its worth. When you order these items you earn those points, simple! When you have earned 1000 points we give you £10.00 in gift vouchers to spend on anything you like on our web site. We have also gone even further by offering double, even triple points on some products and also give you the chance to earn more points when we send you discount codes by email.

How do i start start earning points?

When do i get my points?
Points are earned only on goods that we have sent to you. When we send your order, the points will be added on to your account automatically.

When do i get my gift voucher?
After you have earned 1000 or more your points are automatically converted into a gift voucher and your loyalty points are reduced back to zero. Your gift voucher will be emailed to you with the total value available to spend and your current points. For every 100 points you earn we give you back £1.00. So if you earned 1000 points we would give you a gift voucher for £10.00.

I have problems loading idXpress
There has been problems for users installing idXpress on Windows Vista where the user is prompted with an error screen when trying to run idXpress and when trying to change records in it.
If you encounter this problem you should download this patch and install it. Once this has been installed idXpress should run with no more problems.
