I train in krav maga having cracked my old plastic cup. this product works really well no rubbining or un wanted movment as yet. deflects impact well..how ever the cup could do with being a little wider and it can get a bit warm at times...all in all id recomend this product to any one.

I have been using my shock doctor support for jujitsu training for some weeks. I find it to be an excellent product and am never aware of wearing it while training.
