This was bought for my son who loves it but be warned it is huge and the biggest problem we have found is storing the thing, it is taller than me and I am six foot. From a grappling point of view a good thing to have apparently.

Im into MMA big time and love training for it. Obviously you cant always get down the gym or club to practice so where better than at home, and the Rodney helps out perfectly. I can practice locks, chokes and all sorts without worrying about hurting the poor fella. A definite recommend to all MMA people.
