I ordered the chocolate flavor, it tastes great. I have a shake everyday after heavy cardio/bag training, it really fills the gap, the carbs stop me feeling hungry all the time, which was a problem for me burning so much. i can feel the protien effect stright away and it does help recovery, i dont do weights as such so cant comment on how effective it is on building \"mass\" but its stopped me loosing weight, training very hard. which was my goal and reason for getting the product. i think its good value for money and has lasted me ages so far. i would defintely recommend it.
