Great padding for coaching as it says a hard job to do any damage at all. Creates a realistic moving target. Not very good for sparring as it is extra thick and bulky + gets in the way. But a 5 for protection and coaching.

We were looking for somthing to absorb shots. This although a little bulky gives great protection ideal for coaching, Kickboxing and Mixed Martial Arts for Bigger Guys.
