A great bit of kit guys i use these in my own training and with clients and in my Boxing Class a very versatile pieces of equipment. I have found the blitz balls to be well made and excellent quality. I have had mine for over a year and they get thrown against walls and bounced of the floor all day long and they are still in good condition.
