Unlike a dumbbell or barbells, the kettlebell’s centre of mass is offset from the handle, which results in the weight constantly pulling against your hand requiring strength and co-ordination, using over 600 muscles. Available in a range of weights and colours, they’re rubber coated and with a study rubber base. The metal handle is coated which enables you to grip well but enables an easy transition from one technique to another.
