The remarkable fitness tool that dates back to 18th-century Russia. Used over centuries by the Russian military, it’s effectiveness in developing power, stamina, core stability and agility far outweighs dumbells, and other major pieces of fitness equipment.
Unlike a dumbell or barbells, the kettlebell’s centre of mass is offset from the handle, which results in the weight constantly pulling against your hand requiring strength and co-ordination, using over 600 muscles. You can also shift 3 times more than calories then that of a normal workout. So for martial arts training it’s perfect!
Available in a range of weights and colours, they’re rubber coated and with a study rubber base. The metal handle is coated which enables you to grip well but enables an easy transition from one technique to another.

Yep great fitness tool, does everything! And for a lady that started with an 8kg bell now swinging a 16k Bell, is amazing. It has a nice wide handle and is comfortable to use. And it's shiny, new and red, so it keeps me going for longer even when I want to stop! The only negative was that I had to wait well over a month for delivery!
