I've been using at virtually every class I teach for 3 months now and it takes any punch, strike or kick thrown at it. I now have students and fellow instructors actually competing to see if they can cause me some sort of grimace attacking this whilst I am holding it, but so far nothing (although I have yet to invite MY sensei - a 5th dan - to give me his best.....waaaay too scary!).

Was a little concerned that the bag was a tad light, but after three weeks of punishment its been great and has stood up well if not better than some heavier bags used in our kickboxing class. Top stuff.
