I've tried several different types of focus mitts, and these are by far and away the best! They are very comfortable to hold, and strike a good balance between being firm enough to give a good feel when punched/kicked, but not so hard that they make you not want to hit them without wearing hand protection. I've bought loads of sets of these, and have found that they stand up extremely well to sustained heavy use, Overall, I would highly recommend these focus mitts.
