I bought this book for my nephew who is studying for his blackbelt and was told by his coach that he had to study from this particular book. This site was the cheapest I could find the book, even cheaper than Amazon! The book arrived in time for christmas and was as described. I would buy from this site again.

Having seen this book go for more than £50 on other sites and also on EBay, this really is a quality buy. Only thing is I would like to see Blitz sell the authors companion book, the katas of Wado, as I am sure that will be a huge hit too (This book was recommended by our Sensei at Shinken Dojo Karate Academy Hull)
