I would recommend the shin guards to anyone.. The pic looks small to when you get them so I would check size .. But when you have them you will never change back to something else....

Excellent shin pads, even clashing shins to see how hard we could hit each other when I got them I hardly felt a thing through them (shin to shin roundkicks!). Very comfortable to wear thanks to the adjustable straps, only down side was that they are HUGE, which is great for kickboxing but when doing MMA they can be used against you sometimes when your opponent grabs them. All in all a very good looking, good comfort, great level of protection shin pad and instep 100% recommend!
