Brilliant, 22/9/2010

These are amazing gloves and are brilliant for training and fighting in the cage. These gloves are brilliant and once you put them on you never want to take them off.

Best of Class, 2/6/2011
By DTMA Steve (Lincoln, Lincs)

I train up to 6 times a week at a fairly high level. I also instruct MMA striking. These were the first pair of MMA gloves I bought and I have since tried the venerable Harbinger 320 gloves, the latest overpriced Hayabusa gloves (I love all their other gear), several sets of 'off-the-shelf' MMA gloves in the £20 range and Tap-Out's 6oz semi-pro gloves. I still come back to these for comfort over all else, to the point where I rotate through 3 pairs as they get saturated. Comfort's their strong point as they will leave you with no grazing at all (unlike other gloves that can pinch if you have big Tango hands). If there are any downsides they're that they don't offer a great amount of wrist support in striking (good for grappling though) and the padding over the knuckles isn't as absorbent as some of the other gloves I've tried: Strike continuously for a couple of hours and you'll feel the impact in your knuckles a lot more than you'd want. Wraps may help and as a previous review correctly states, they're comfortable with or without them. All told though, they're now my go-to gloves and have impressed my fighters enough that they're now trying to talk me into getting a bulk order for the club... Cheeky b***ards.
