I just got this delivered yesterday and it is a really well made bag, it hasn't been hung yet but have used it abit on the ground anyway. I'm no boxing proffesional or anything but I'd definatley recommend to people who are either heavy hitters or are wanting to practice their kicks. The bag is true to how it is described.
